Q: It’s been a few days since I placed my order and I’ve only received an order confirmation?

Our standard order processing time is 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: During busy periods, such as seasonal promotions or high-demand times, dispatch times may take slightly longer than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Q: Can I upgrade my shipping to next-day delivery?

At this time, Allkatla does not offer next-day delivery. 

Q: I’ve placed an order and would like to add or remove an item?

Once your order is placed, it is sent immediately to our warehouse for processing. This means we’re unable to make changes, add or remove items after the order has been submitted.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@allkatla.shop with your order number. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it, and you'll need to follow our standard return process.

Q: My order was cancelled and I’m not sure why?

Sometimes, orders may be automatically cancelled by our system as a precaution due to potentially suspicious or incomplete payment information. If this happens, don’t worry — just email us at info@allkatla.shop with a photo ID and the last four digits of your payment card. We’ll verify the order and can issue an invoice for your desired items.

Please include your original order number (starting with AK#) in your message. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q: Will I be charged customs fees?

All orders from Allkatla are shipped from the United States. If you are ordering from outside the USA, your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes when it arrives in your country.

These charges are not controlled or applied by us, and the recipient is responsible for paying any customs fees or taxes incurred. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
